Event by HUGO is an innovative event production and catering service based in New York City serving a storied list of corporate, non profit, government and private clientele in New York and beyond.  Founded by Michelle Hugo, the entrepreneur behind Maison Hugo – Brasserie Moderne.  Event by HUGO is an extension of Michelle’s passion for warm hospitality and her advocacy for a sustainable healthy lifestyle that is ecologically benign that promotes minimal to zero carbon footprint in the environment. Michelle works closely with local farmers and artisans to minimize its contributions to climate change. Seasonal foods are introduced on the menus for freshness and nutritional benefits and to reduce food waste of naturally grown foods. Whether it’s a simple in-office meeting, school events, a fundraising reception or high level diplomatic events, Event by HUGO will create experiences that are unforgettable while being socially responsible.

The HUGO palette is influenced by Mediterranean, Asian and American cuisine, celebrating both the classics and modern food trends. Menus are crafted delicately that aims to please a sophisticated palate.

Event by HUGO supports and partners with small businesses including women owned and local farmers to work on enhancing the quality of life of the community as a whole.
